Junior KAM

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - HORECA

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
  • Plan and achieve sales targets in line with company strategy
  • Negotiate business terms and close contracts
  • Monitor the market, analyze trends and competition
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for clients
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and align them with our products

 

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management (at least 5 years), ideally in Traditional Trade, FMCG, or HORECA sector
  • Background in gastronomy or the food industry is an advantage
  • Strategic thinking and an innovative approach to business opportunities
  • Independence, result-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude
  • Market knowledge and the ability to analyze developments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills, SAP is a plus
  • Driving license (category B)
  • English at a communicative level (regular communication with headquarters abroad)
