Your role
As Temporary Administrative Support R&D Product Development, you will give administrative support to the total international R&D team in maintaining and improving recipe management over all our tasty Bakery Product Categories categories: Pastry, Sweet treats, Italian Savoury, Patisserie and Bread.
The job will be a 4 to 5 months assignment (depending on your start date). Our R&D center is based in Izegem.

It gives you the opportunity to be involved and to get a first experience in real customer innovations and product developments in the above categories and you will be trained in different recipe and project management tools. You will be in daily contact with our international R&D team, based in Belgium, France, Italy and Poland.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Recipe management: Creation of Recipes of newly developed products in our state of the art recipe tool. Evaluation of declarations and nutritional data
  • Data quality check into the Power BI tool
  • Making Cost estimation of newly developed products to be launched
  • Back up in Administrative support on project screening decisions in the project management tool
  • Support for sharepoint integration work for the total R&D team
  • Evaluation of hour registration of the R&D teams
  • Evaluation of Post-Launch data of Development projects to sustain our team’s KPI’s/GOALS and to evaluate on our successes in new product developments
  • Updating and redesigning our R&D presentations for external stakeholders

Are you the one we're looking for?

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a nutrition-related field (biochemistry, nutrition and dietetics, etc.). Some initial administrative experience is an advantage, but certainly not essential.
  • You are highly eager to learn and have a natural affinity for digital tools.
  • You have strong administrative skills and enjoy working accurately, methodically, and in a structured way.
  • You are capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • You are service-oriented and possess strong communication skills.
  • You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
