.Role summary

Provide support to the business to develop, analyze and track site metrics to identify improvement opportunities and measure overall site performance in the areas of efficiency, capacity, productivity, cost, quality and reliability. Facilitate and coordinate performance improvement teams to execute various process design and improvement projects.

Train, coach, and mentor CI teams in the use of various CI tools/methods in order to move projects forward and to develop a culture that is focused on continually “Getting Better”
