Your role

For our Vandemoortele business unit Croustico, we are currently looking for a driven and commercially minded talent to temporarily strengthen our sales team until October 2026. As a Field Coach for Wallonia & Luxembourg, you will maintain commercial relationships with customers in this region. You listen to their needs, wishes, and proposals, and collaborate closely with them to deliver the best tailored products and services. You are also responsible for achieving the sales targets in your region, all within a customer-focused environment.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

• You define and achieve volume objectives per customer, and translate these into action plans and targets.
• You continuously monitor turnover, volume figures, and the product mix evolution of your customers.
• You manage mix and margin together with the store manager and/or operator, and introduce new products and concepts.
• You prepare and process analyses, regularly presenting figures, simulations, and action plans to store managers with the aim of optimizing customer margins.
• You supervise, motivate, and guide store operators in collaboration with the store manager.
• You apply the Croustico minding concept in all its aspects on the shop floor: start-ups, baking training, stock monitoring, audits, HACCP training, formation, planograms, reviews, and ensure correct product presentation and brand image to consumers.
• You proactively prospect new customers.
• You monitor product performance in key-account stores and communicate your findings.
• You organize and deliver workshops and training sessions for customers in the Croustico Baking Academy.
• You participate regularly in trade fairs and communicate news about products, trends, and competitors.

Are you the one we're looking for?

• You hold a bachelor’s degree combined with initial relevant experience.
• Even more important: you have a genuine passion for food.
• You have excellent knowledge of French, with good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• You possess strong commercial instincts and enjoy building and maintaining long-term, high-quality customer relationships.
• You are skilled at planning and organizing independently and efficiently.
• You are a true team player.
• You are determined to achieve your sales targets.
• You are flexible and entrepreneurial – rolling up your sleeves makes your day even more exciting.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office.
