Your key responsibilities and challenges are:
As Maintenance Lead BP Europe you are part of Group Maintenance within the operations team. You will support the Maintenance Manager Europe BP in implementing the roadmap towards ‘operational excellence within maintenance’ for our Bakery division in line with the overall strategy for continuous improvement and business/factories needs.
This will be achieved by training, coaching and supporting sites maintenance members, directly for +10 factories located in Europe, implementing change projects and developing a culture of internal and external benchmarking to work on best maintenance practices.
Your key responsibilities:
- You act as a specialist within your domain 'Professional Maintenance'.
- Together with the Maintenance Manager Europe BP, you will define standards, procedures and KPI’s for the scheduling-planning, preventative and predictive maintenance processes, job execution, and others.
- You provide on site support with the implementation of the roadmap, keeping in mind the safety and quality requirements.
- You monitor the site asset care programs and equipment downtime to ensure equipment is functioning at optimal levels.
- You take the lead in complex technical RCA exercises.
- You are an active member of the professional maintenance pillar and maintenance community, sharing ideas, best practices and maintenance standards of equipment.
- You are a key-user of our maintenance ERP (SAP PM). You improve reliability of SAP PM by documenting, training and deploying a standard way of working within the maintenance departments. You supervise the use of it and correct where needed.
- You stay up to date with technical developments in the industry and are willing to become a future specialist in other maintenance domains.

Are you the one we’re looking for?
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering and have 5 to 7 years of experience in professional maintenance in an industrial production environment. Experience in the food industry is considered an asset.
- You have an extended knowledge of asset and maintenance management.
- Knowledge of SAP PM expertise is considered a plus.
- You are fluent in both English and Dutch.
- You are a teamplayer and have an open mind.
- You are able to communicate easily on different levels.
- You have a healthy sense of assertiveness and are able to convince, coach, support and train people
- You have an analytical mindset, have good insight in processes and are solution driven.
- You are able to drive change throughout the site maintenance and are result focucsed with a "Can Do"-mentality
- You are willing to travel to factories about 60% of the time
