Your role
To support our International Pastry & Bread and Italian Savoury Category Teams, we are looking for a Marketing Intern. It will be an exciting job where you actively cooperate in extending our branded product portfolio in foodservice, bakery and retail. Additionally, you will have extensive contact with R&D, quality, controlling and our sales teams across Europe.
In this internship, you will also support international category marketing and product management activities, with a strong focus on innovation, portfolio management and product lifecycle support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting International Pastry & Bread and Italian Savoury Category Teams.
- Consolidating customer benchmarking, consumer trends and competitor product benchmarks, and bringing key take-outs in an actionable way.
- Supporting Product Managers in product portfolio analysis.
- Updating data banks: DAMS (photos, videos, collections…), Salsify (commercial descriptions with focus on BOR).
- Lifecycle product management tasks: master data, code creation, volume consolidation, technical product sheets, costing.
- Supporting the development and implementation from concept to product launch of NPD or key platforms, including preparation of launch materials (photo shoots, trade presentations, sales materials, communication tools…).
- Sharing best practices amongst countries on portfolio management & catalogue of innovation.
- Preparing product post-launch evaluations.
- Liaising with R&D & Supply Chain for product development and planning.
- Administrative tasks such as organising product tastings and product sampling.

Are you the one we’re looking for?
- You’re a Bachelor/Master student in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, looking for a challenging internship in Ghent, Belgium, with a duration of 3 – 6 months, starting in September 2026.
- You have affinity and a strong interest in marketing, category management and product innovation.
- You are detail oriented and have a structured mindset.
- You have project management skills and a good eye for detail.
- You’re an energetic, ambitious and motivated student, ready to take your first step in the professional world.
- You’re a passionate food-lover.
- You have excellent communication & presentation skills, written and verbal, in English. French/Dutch is a plus.
