Your role
As Central Performance Marketing Manager your mission is to drive sustainable growth by leveraging data-driven insights and performance marketing strategies that connect our brands with our target audiences. You'll play a critical role in the acceleration of brand awareness and lead generation/nurturing through paid and owned media on central and local level.
You will report to the International Digital Marketing Manager.
Your key responsibilities
- implement global digital marketing strategy and support local markets
- roll out performance marketing guidance for always-on and burst campaigning
- identify, target, and share audiences across digital touchpoints
- lead critical digital projects such as growth hacking pilots on a central level to bring growth and guidance to local teams and to further feed digital marketing strategies and benchmarking
- accelerate the SEA strategy on a glocal level
- support in the identification and adoption of relevant performance marketing tools, together with the BPO and IT
- empower local teams with (training on) relevant digital marketing tools, centralized knowledge, and best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
- train and challenge internal teams on digital media planning and performance optimization using data-driven insights and benchmarks
- standardize reporting, monitor and analyze cross-market data (via tools as Google Analytics, Looker, PowerBI) to propose improvements based on insights and trends
- oversee user management, roles, and permissions for digital marketing tools and platforms
Your main stakeholders will be:
- Close collaboration with local digital marketeers
- Connection with wider marketing teams to understand internal and external needs
- Collaborate with IT for specific tooling implementations
- Act as a digital ambassador across the organization (sales, corporate, …)

Are you the one we’re looking for?
- You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- You have a customer-centric data driven mindset
- You have 4+ years of experience in B2B and B2C Paid Digital Marketing
- Enthusiastic about pursuing and sharing new opportunities with changes in the digital world, supporting teams in the journey of digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of inbound marketing, Owned & Paid Media, Marketing automation
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization
- Proven ability to scale paid traffic while maintaining KPI targets
- Certifications and/or experience with paid and organic search & analytical tooling: Google Analytics, Google Ads, GTM, Semrush, Looker Studio etc.
- Familiar with Scrum & Agile processes
- Strong business acumen and are performance oriented
- Not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, can bring complex stories in a simple way to the team, peers and senior management, in English. Any other European language is a plus
- Great collaborative mindset, necessary to drive a cross-functional way-of-working
