Your role
As Group Accounting & Consolidation Manager, reporting directly to the Group CFO, you hold an end-to-end responsibility for the Group’s accounting, consolidation and financial reporting framework, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and IFRS compliance of the Group’s consolidated financial statements across all countries and entities. The role oversees global accounting processes and leads specialist teams covering consolidation, technical accounting and process excellence, including Accounting BPO, the Accounting Centre of Expertise and the Virtual Delivery Centre, and plays a central role in shaping a harmonized, efficient and compliant accounting environment across the Group.
Your key responsibilities and challenges are:
- Group consolidation and financial reporting
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation process and ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance to IFRS and internal reporting standards of the Group’s consolidated financial statement.
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, disclosures and audit documentation
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting to senior management, the Board and shareholders
- Global accounting governance and technical expertise
- Serve as the Group’s owner of all accounting processes and policies, by defining, harmonizing and enforcing accounting standards, charts of accounts, closing calendars and documentation requirements
- Provide technical accounting guidance and act as escalation point for complex accounting issues arising across countries and entities
- Leadership of key accounting functions
- Lead Accounting BPO (Record-to-Report), the Accounting Centre of Expertise and the Virtual Delivery Centre
- Drive standardization, efficiency, service quality and consistent accounting treatment across the Group
- Systems, process excellence and stakeholder management
- Oversee and continuously improve the Group’s consolidation system (Cognos Controller), driving digitalization, automation and process optimization initiatives within accounting and consolidation
- Ensure robust internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and act as primary counterpart for external auditors
- Collaborate closely with key internal finance stakeholders and support M&A transactions, including integration of new entities and restructuring activities within the consolidation perimeter.

Are you the one we're looking for?
- You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience in group accounting, consolidation and financial reporting within a global environment.
- You have solid/In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards.
- You are fluent in English, French is an asset.
- You are organised and accountable.
- You bring strong executive presence and are driven, proactive, and agile.
- You have proven people management and leadership skills.
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with large datasets.
- You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and diplomatic approach
