Your role
Vandemoortele Professional is part of the Vandemoortele family, and we work to support the growth of professional customers in the Foodservice channel. We propose smart solutions and a dedicated portfolio of tasteful products for our consumers.
As our National Field Sales Manager for Commercial Foodservice, you will lead and inspire our Belgian field sales team operating in the horeca segment. In this pivotal role, you'll combine strong leadership with strategic thinking to help shape, implement, and monitor our national commercial plans.
You’ll be the driving force behind the execution of our sales strategy and the development of your team.
With a sharp eye for opportunity and a hands-on mentality, you'll make a real impact on both performance and the overall satisfaction of our customers and team members.
Your main responsibilities are:
- To co-build and execute our commercial strategy
- Translate our commercial strategy into actionable plans for the sales team;
- Set clear objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust as needed;
- Drive the continued development and effective use of our CRM system;
- Manage and optimize the assigned budget.
- To be a real people manager
- Inspire and support your team in identifying new business opportunities and improving processes;
- Lead and coach a team of 6 field sales representatives.
- To be part of the Vandemoortele teams
- Ensure transparent and efficient internal communication;
- Oversee administrative tasks related to your team’s operations;
- Build and maintain a strong professional network;

About you
- You combine ambition and passion for results with a dynamic mindset;
- Own interpersonal sensitivity & empathy, both internally and externally;

- You are a food lover and/or passionate about food.
... And your experiences
- You ideally own a Master's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- You have at least 5 years of successful commercial experience in FMCG, and preferably expertise in professional area (Foodservice);
- You bring proven leadership experience;
- Showcase an analytical skills and problem solving mindset;
- You can fluently express yourself in Dutch, French and English (both written and orally);
- Experience with SAP and/or CRM tools is a strong asset.
