Als Customer Care - Demand Planning & Logistics ben je een sleutelfiguur in het garanderen van een optimale beschikbaarheid van onze diepvries bakkerijproducten bij Croustico. Je combineert demand planning, stockmanagement en logistieke coördinatie met sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en intense samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Stockmanagement & demand planning
- Je staat in voor de demand planning, waarbij je de forecast nauwgezet gaat opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Je neemt actief deel aan de wekelijkse demand review meeting waarbij je ook de lead kunt nemen.
- Je analyseert stockniveaus om out of stocks en possible obsolete stock te vermijden. BIj out of stocks ga je actief op zoek naar alternatieven.
- Je integreert promoties en marktinformatie in de demand planning
- Je bent betrokken bij portfolio management: je staat in voor reporting en en draagt bij aan nieuwe introducties (timing, pricing, marketing, beschikbaarheid)
- Daarnaast sta je ook in voor het opvolgen van de local traded goods.
Logistieke coördinatie & communicatie
- Dagelijkse afstemming met interne en externe partijen m.b.t. de leveringen aan klanten. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met onze customer care afdeling.
- Bij problemen zoek jij naar oplossingen!
- Voor bepaalde key accounts maak je een wekelijkse status update om alles in goede banen te helpen leiden.
- Je zorgt steeds voor een correcte synchronisatie van stockniveaus richting ons online orderplatform
Ad hoc projecten
- Opstellen van maandelijkse logistieke rapporteringen
- Formuleren van verbetervoorstellen rond processen en flows waar mogelijk
- Deelname aan logistieke, demand planning en key user projecten binnen de divisie

Are you the one we're looking for?
- Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma in een economische richting zoals handelswetenschappen, bedrijfsmanagement, toegepaste economische wetenschappen...
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, je hebt ook een gedegen kennis Frans;
- Je bent analytisch sterk, probleemoplossend en werkt gestructureerd
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen in een complexe omgeving
- Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met verschillende stakeholders en bent een echte teamplayer
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office; kennis van SAP is een plus.
- Je bent positief ingesteld en hebt een proactieve houding
