Jouw rol:
Als onderdeel van het Customer Care team zoeken we een analytische en gestructureerde Customer Care - Demand planner die ervoor zorgt dat onze forecast correct, tijdig en volledig is. Zo draag je bij aan een efficiënte planning, optimale voorraden en sterke OTIF-resultaten.
Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
• Organiseren en leiden van demand review meetings:
Je bespreekt korte-en langetermijnforecasts, promoties, introducties, delistings en supply issues met KAM’s en commerciële teams. Je bewaakt risico’s en opportuniteiten en voert de nodige forecastaanpassingen door.
• Onderhouden van statistische prognoses:
Je beheert en verrijkt de forevasts in Anaplan en APO met markt- en promotie-informatie.
• Contact met klanten en salesteams:
Bij onverwachte verkoopspatronen ga je proactief in gesprek. Je verzamelt en beoordeelt hun verkoopverwachtingen en integreert deze in de forecast.
• Analyseren van KPI’s binnen Demand planning:
Je analyseert de resultaten en rapporteert deze aan relevante stakeholders.
• Samenwerken binnen de S&OP-cyclus:
Je werkt nauw samen met S&OP-managers en productielocaties om tijdige en correcte productbeschikbaarheid te garanderen.
• Beheer van lanceringen en uitfaseringen:
Je ondersteunt commerciële en category teams bij productintroducties en- uitfaseringen.
• Optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus:
Je monitort POS en neemt beslissen bij voorraadgerelateerde vraagstukken.
• Back-up voor collega’s:
Je vangt taken van collega Customer Care Demand planners op bij afwezigheid.

Are you the one we’re looking for?
• Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische richting.
• Ervaring met capaciteits- of supply planning of een sterke affiniteit met demand planning is een pluspunt.
• Je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden voor effectieve data-analyse.
• Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
• Je hebt een detailgerichte, kritische en proactieve werkhouding en stelt gevraagd en ongevraagd verbeteringen voor.
• Je bent een teamspeler met een hands-on aanpak, maar kan ook uitstekend zelfstandig werken, behalve in de meest complexe situaties.
• Je bent leergierig en wil blijven groeien.
• Je beheers Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, je beschikt over voldoende kennis van het Frans.
• Je beheerst Microsoft Office; ervaring met SAP R/3 en APO is een plus, maar geen must.
