Your role  

As a Customer Care Agent PMD, you ensure clear and comprehensive communication of product specifications to our customers, providing them with a transparent and well-informed understanding of our offering. You ensure the flawless implementation of agreements made between the Key Account Manager and the customer across customer care, logistics, master data, production, and marketing. You efficiently process invoices and promotional materials. In addition, you communicate confidently and effectively with customers and their consumers via email and telephone.  

 

 

Your key responsibilities and challenges are:  

  • Customer Data & Product Support
    • Completing customer-specific forms with a high level of accuracy, ensuring that customers can correctly create items in their database.
    • In collaboration with other departments, you respond to customer enquiries regarding sustainability, quality certificates, and products. 

 

  • Maintaining Product Master Data
    • Maintaining product master data across various platforms, including GS1, Brandbank, and Mediabank, to ensure secure information exchange. 

 

  • General Support For Key Account Managers & Field teams
    • You monitor their promotional plans, verify the accuracy of invoices and pricing, communicate any changes to customers in a timely manner, manage internal Excel files, and maintain written procedures regularly and accurately. 

 

  • Customer Reporting & Financial Tracking
    • Providing customers with updates on their year-to-date business figures and mapping the status.

 

  • Sample Requests & Follow-Up
    • Requesting and tracking samples during the registration of new product references or at the customer’s request. Ensuring proper follow-up and keeping all stakeholders informed. 

 

  • CRM & Customer Data Support
    • Keeping our CRM system up to date, tracking and registering tickets, and supporting the field sales team in using the CRM.  
    • Maintaining and updating customer master data as required.

Are you the one we're looking for? 

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, business management or office management.  
  • You are a strong communicator, are service-minded and a team player.
  • You are well organised and have excellent time management skills.
  • You are positive and proactive.
  • You are meticulous and have an eye for detail.
  • You are flexible, eager to learn, result oriented and can work independently.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and average proficiency in French, mainly written.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
