Your role
As a Commercial Delegate for Foodservice Public & Health in the Region of Hainaut / Brabant-Wallon, you will be one of the key links in our foodservice sales team. You will strengthen our team with the aim of increasing market share in bakery products, sauces, margarines, fats and oils in the entire region. You are the link between the market and the company and will proactively connect both with external customers and internal stakeholders to drive Vandemoortele's results in your region.
Your responsibilities:
- You visit the public & health market within your region with the aim of consolidating and gaining market share.
- You actively seek new or potential customers & constantly look for new opportunities within the market both with existing customers and prospects.
- You build strong relationships and long-term partnerships, with operators, buyers and other stakeholders within the organisation.
- You maintain and strengthen relationships with wholesalers and their sales teams in your region.
- You guide our partners in their buying process and inspire them with added value solutions.
- You report on activities and market developments and regularly consult running business with the field sales manager BeLux.
- You are the face of the company during trade fairs and demo’s.
- You maintain and actively use our CRM system (C4S/ SAP).

Are you the one we’re looking for?
- You have sales experience in foodservice, familiarity in the public or healthcare sectors is an even bigger plus. You have an affinity with wholesalers and distributors.
- You are a genuine relationship builder with a strong hunter mindset.
- You gain energy from understanding customer needs and helping them find value-adding solutions.
- You combine strong commercial acumen with a hands-on mentality, and you are motivated by achieving targets and volume objectives.
- You value open communication and demonstrate assertiveness and a strong sense of responsibility in your daily work.
- You work autonomously, efficiently and in an organized manner, allowing you to plan your agenda and routing with care.
- You have a proactive mindset, always acting in the company’s best interest.
- You understand the importance of daily reporting and perform it accurately.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and you feel comfortable working in a CRM system on a daily basis.
- You communicate fluently in French, English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
- You hold a driving licence B and can work easily within the Hainaut / Brabant Wallon region
