Your role
Do you want to play a key role in expanding our franchise model? As a Business Developer Franchise Croustico, you will be responsible for the growth of our franchise and shop-in-shop concepts in food service in Benelux. With your expertise in franchising and understanding of local markets, you will translate our strategy into concrete results and successful partnerships with entrepreneurs & operators.

Your key responsibilities

• You actively search for new business opportunities and acquire new business partners via various acquisition channels.
• You will be responsible in your segment for the execution of the business plans. This means translating the Croustico Franchise Strategy into plans for expansion and service providing in the Benelux.
• You will develop a solid understanding of local environments, cultures, channels & portfolio, and you will develop the local businesses.
• You actively participate in the building of Croustico’s franchising model, working closely together with the category management and concept development teams. 
• You will safeguard the Croustico brand principles and concepts. 
• You steer a small team of competent field coaches, who will follow-up existing stores.
• You will follow up and report on the existing business and take initiatives for corrective actions.
• You are part of the Croustico Sales Management Team and you report to the Commercial Manager. You will actively contribute to the Croustico Franchising Steerco.

Are you the one we’re looking for? 

• You preferably have a master’s degree and you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a franchising business model.
• You have extensive knowledge of and network in the franchising industry.
• You are driven to actively identify and explore new opportunities. You are not afraid to independently approach the market, find new leads, and build relationships.
• You are capable of being a business consultant for franchisees. You understand key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish results for customers.
• You are fluent in Dutch & French. 
• You are willing to travel in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• You solve standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgement and precedents. 
• You are proactive, have a hands-on attitude and no-nonsense mentality.
