Commercial Manager Bakery Products Retail CEE 

Role & responsibilities: 

  • Further Vandemoortele market share growth in retail channel in CEE countries 

  • Overall responsibility for all sales activities in the retail distribution channel, market analysis and competition monitoring 

  • Development of sales strategies & their development together with your team 

  • Leading, motivating & developing your team 

  • Ensuring high performance and quality in line with corporate and sales objectives, monitoring relevant KPI’s 

  • Development of strategic relationships with our customers, fairs & events participation 

  • Conduct contract negotiations 

  • Participation in product development, changes, launches 

We look for a person who has 

  • Successful experience in managing modern customers within CEE markets, building strong business partnerships 

  • A degree in economics and/or you have acquired commercial skills at work and through relevant professional courses within last +15 years 

  • Great leadership skills and several years of experience in leading KAMs team 

  • High level communication skills (Polish & English is a must), great command of persuasion and negotiation skills, management of complex relationships and projects 

  • Analytical-conceptual competences, change management experience, ability to use at ease IT tools (MS Office applications, CRM)
